“How is everything?”
A seemingly simple question loaded with anxiety-inducing overwhelm for many new moms. It feels easier to brush it under the rug…to not burden anyone else with my stress bubbling up under the surface…they wouldn’t understand how overwhelmed I feel, so instead I reply with:
“Great, thanks, how ‘bout you?”
Now I can half-listen to her answer while my mind continues to spiral on the never-ending logistics of our family life…

Before my son’s diagnosis, it felt like every minute was a ticking time bomb.
Is now the time we should go to the hospital?
Are they going to tell me there’s nothing wrong again?
Or that I’m overthinking it?
Sure, I was keeping it together (mostly) on the outside, but the overwhelm of staying strong for everyone else was constantly threatening to be too much and result in a locked-in-the-bathroom-for-a-quick-ugly-cry moment.
Momxiety is a real thing for every new parent, and when you add a chronic illness, food allergy or other challenging circumstances it can become downright isolating.
I’m Tori, founder of the Momxiety Club™ and Momxiety Club Podcast—I’m here to be that support you need.
And, yes, I do say “need” very intentionally.
Every mom, especially those parents of littles with chronic illnesses or who are differently abled, truly need a place like the Momxiety Club™. Taking care of yourself is the greatest gift you can give back to your family: mentally, physically, emotionally…and you can get it all here.
I’ve always known I was meant to support others and fight for them when they might not know how to do it for themselves.
After my first son was born I went back to my roots as a dancer and began teaching barre classes while I wore him in a baby carrier.
Initially, I was worried about what my clients would think. It was a necessity for me at the time, but I quickly learned that these new moms I was working with loved the idea of bonding with their own littles during our weekly sessions (and not needing a sitter—bonus!). This allowed for some amazing interactions between mom and baby, while also having the predictable/proactive support of another parent who knew what they were going through.

The success stories of the new moms...
watching them leave a better version of themselves than when they came in
...was amazingly inspiring.

I knew I was meant to bring this experience and stress reduction to as many moms as possible. My background made me uniquely capable to create this safe space where moms could get relief and an opportunity to reset their mind, body, and spirit on a regular basis.
The Momxiety Club™ is a judgment-free zone for moms like you: share the joys, challenges, and anxieties of mommy-hood in a supportive community of your peers. I’m very active with the group, raising and answering questions, teaching online movement classes, and so much more.
It’s only $29 a month because I want this group accessible to everyone. And, because we care, ten dollars of your first month’s membership fee will be donated to that month’s cause, including: Children’s Miracle Network, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, Autism Speaks, Jack's Basket, March Of Dimes, and more.
